Prior to undertaking any new form of exercise or wellness practice, you should consult with your doctor or other healthcare practitioner to ensure you are mindful of your current health and any restrictions that may be appropriate for you.

You must inform your instructor prior to class if you:

• Have any injury, illness, medical condition, or physical limitation

• Are pregnant or postnatal

• Feel unwell or unsafe to participate

Lunar & Sol reserves the right to request medical clearance prior to participation where appropriate. Participation with any medical condition remains entirely at your own risk.

If at any time during class you feel pain, dizziness, discomfort, or distress, stop immediately and notify your instructor. Seek medical attention immediately if there are any unanticipated changes to your physical condition.

Our instructors are not medically trained and are not qualified to assess whether you are in a condition suitable for exercise. You are advised to seek medical advice prior to commencing any program if you are in any doubt.

PARTICIPATION & ACCEPTANCE OF RISK

Participation in Reformer Pilates, Mat Pilates, yoga, breathwork, meditation, strength, wellness events, and all associated classes or activities at Lunar & Sol is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

You acknowledge that classes may be physically demanding and that participation carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, physical strain, aggravation of existing conditions, dizziness, or disability. You voluntarily participate with full knowledge and acceptance of these risks.

Our instructors may use verbal, visual, and physical adjustments or guidance where appropriate. You are responsible for exercising within your personal limits at all times.

PREGNANCY

Members who are pregnant or postnatal must inform their instructor prior to every class. Modifications will be offered where appropriate.

Lunar & Sol does not offer specialist prenatal or postnatal programming. Participation during pregnancy or postnatally is undertaken entirely at your own risk. We strongly recommend seeking medical clearance prior to attending.

BOOKINGS & STUDIO ACCESS

All bookings, memberships, class packs, and purchases are managed through Momence via the Lunar & Sol app or website. Attendance is permitted only once your account registration and payment are complete.

For the safety and enjoyment of all members:

• Grip socks are required for all Reformer classes

• Towels are recommended for heated or high-intensity classes

• Water bottles are encouraged

• Only members attending a scheduled class or waiting for an upcoming class may access studio spaces

• Please aim to arrive at least five minutes prior to the scheduled class start time

Grip socks and selected studio essentials are available for purchase in-studio. Once a class has commenced, entry may not be permitted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy exists to ensure fair access to classes for all members.

Group Classes

• Cancellations must be made through the Momence app or booking portal

• Cancellations made outside the cancellation window will retain the class credit where applicable

• Late cancellations and no-shows may result in forfeited credits or applicable fees

We do not accept cancellations via email, direct message, phone call, or social media.

Private & Semi-Private Sessions Private and semi-private sessions require advance payment and are subject to a strict cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking.

Membership Cancellations Membership cancellations require a minimum of four (4) weeks written notice submitted via the Momence app or in writing to hello@lunarandsol.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the notice period. No refund will be issued for the notice period.

MEMBERSHIPS

All memberships, introductory offers, packages, workshops, and promotional purchases are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-transferable between members

• Subject to expiry dates and applicable studio policies

Class packs are valid for use at Lunar & Sol only and may not be shared, gifted, sold, or transferred to another person. If unused classes or credits remain at the expiry of a class pack, those classes will expire and no refund will be issued.

Membership pricing, inclusions, and studio policies may be updated from time to time. Members will receive reasonable notice of any significant changes.

PAYMENT

All memberships, workshops and services must be pre-paid prior to attendance.

It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available in your nominated payment method to cover all purchases. If a payment is declined for any reason, Lunar & Sol reserves the right to process payment when funds become available. Any fees charged by our payment provider for failed transactions will be passed on to you.

Lunar & Sol is not responsible for any additional fees your bank or financial institution may charge in connection with processing payments.

TIMETABLE & INSTRUCTOR CHANGES

Classes, instructors, schedules, and studio offerings may change from time to time without notice due to operational requirements, illness, public holidays, events, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, members will be notified via email, app notification, website update, or social media. Classes cancelled by the studio may be returned as credits where applicable.

Lunar & Sol is not liable to provide refunds, credits, transfers, or compensation for classes changed or cancelled due to circumstances outside our control.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Lunar & Sol reserves the right to refuse entry to, or eject from the studio, any person behaving in an anti-social, intoxicated, disorderly, aggressive, offensive, or dangerous manner, or in any way that threatens the safety or enjoyment of other members or staff.

Members are required to:

• Treat all persons and property at the studio with care and respect

• Wear appropriate attire for physical exercise at all times

• Refrain from wearing clothing with offensive prints or designs

• Wear grip socks during all Reformer classes

• Switch mobile phones to silent or off during class

• Avoid departing class prior to its scheduled conclusion, as this is disruptive to other participants

Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside and immediately outside the studio at all times.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Lunar & Sol is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought into the studio or onto the premises. We strongly recommend refraining from bringing valuable personal items such as jewellery, large amounts of cash, or unnecessary devices, and using any storage facilities provided for the duration of your visit.

MERCHANDISE & PRODUCTS

Lunar & Sol sells selected merchandise, accessories, and wellness products in-studio. All in-studio purchases are final unless the item is faulty or does not match its description.

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if a product is faulty, unsafe, or significantly different from what was described. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

If you believe a product is faulty, please contact us at hello@lunarandsol.com within a reasonable timeframe of purchase.

MEDIA CONSENT

Photography and video may occasionally be captured within the studio for marketing, website, or community purposes. By attending classes or events at Lunar & Sol, you consent to the possible use of your image or likeness in such material, unless you advise us otherwise in writing prior to attendance.

SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

From time to time, Lunar & Sol may offer promotional pricing, introductory offers, or special events. Promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and may be varied or withdrawn without notice.

PRIVACY

Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as set out in that policy.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By booking into a class, purchasing a membership, attending an event, or participating in any service offered by Lunar & Sol, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• You voluntarily participate at your own risk

• You are medically and physically fit to participate

• You release Lunar & Sol, its owners, instructors, employees, contractors, and representatives from liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, to the fullest extent permitted by Australian law

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Lunar & Sol (including its officers, employees, contractors, and agents) excludes all liability, whether under contract, tort, or otherwise, for any personal injury, loss, or damage, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising from your attendance at our classes or use of our facilities.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Lunar & Sol reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available via our website and app. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria in connection with any matter arising under these Terms & Conditions.
