How do I get started?
Bring presence, water, and comfortable clothing to move and sweat in. Grip socks for Reformer classes are required and they are available for pruchase. Please also bring a Sweat Towel for any heated classes.

Our classes are designed to meet you wherever you are in your Movement journey. Our instructors will guide you through setup, movement, and modifications throughout class. You’re never expected to know everything if you are a first timer, and all our classes are mixed level so you can drop into all of them, though a great place to start is Lunar Form. instructors
Breathwork is a guided breathing practice designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, clarity, and restoration. No experience is necessary. There are some contraindications to the practise and if you have any of these conditions please notify the instructor and obtain medical clearance prior.

In many cases, yes. We always recommend listening to your body and speaking with your healthcare practitioner where appropriate. Our team can support modifications and help guide you toward the most suitable classes for your current season. Classes like Lunar Breath, Lunar form, Lunar Restore are great starting points to explore Movement again through.
What if I’ve never used a Reformer bed before?
A welcoming environment, thoughtful guidance, and movement that meets you where you are.No pressure. No intimidating energy. Just a space to move, breathe, and begin.
Yes there is surrounding street parking available near the Studio, with additional options within the Maybloom precinct, based off availability
